Application For Scholarship

What You Need To Apply

• A completed application form (below)
• Two letters of recommendation, at least one from a coach (to be submitted by the recommender via email to packersoccerfund@gmail.com)
• Selected candidates will be chosen for an interview as a final step of the application process.

Richard Packer Memorial Soccer Scholarship

The application form requires personal information as well as a 750-1,000 word essay. It is recommended to copy and past your responses for the essay from a text editor like Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

The scholarship is in the amount of $2,000.
The deadline to submit an application for this scholarship is March 15.
